How do airport pickups work in Krakow?
Your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name sign while we track the flight and adjust pickup time. You receive a WhatsApp/SMS update after landing. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting.
What is included in the fare?
Meet & greet, flight tracking, included waiting time, premium water, Wi-Fi, and charging. City pickups include 15 minutes of waiting.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Choose a vehicle category during booking and we confirm availability with concierge. If a model is unavailable we propose an equivalent upgrade.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Add the request during booking and we confirm availability in advance (including ISOFIX options).
How far ahead should I book?
For peak hours we recommend 12–24 hours ahead. Same-day bookings are possible when vehicles are available.
Do you serve destinations outside Krakow?
Yes. We provide intercity rides across Poland and selected EU cities on request.
Is business invoicing available?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing, VAT documentation, and dedicated support.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Contact concierge to adjust pickup time, stops, or vehicle. Cancellation terms are shared before payment.
